I guess I'm latching on the "the most". For instance, San Francisco has all of that and quite a bit more. I think DC satisfies all of the requirements and it is also bigger. Not to tout my own horn, but San Diego (downtown area) is also like that. But I do agree that Seattle is a pretty place - I liked it too.
